We are speaking with a small number of Los Angeles car owners about a private, managed pilot. Call us to discuss your vehicle, ownership, availability and program fit. There is no self-service host signup or automatic listing today.
What could your car earn?
Move the sliders. This is arithmetic on numbers you choose — not a quote and not a projection.
Picking a class fills in a demo starting rate for Los Angeles. Change it to whatever you would actually charge — the estimate follows your numbers, not ours.
How managed onboarding would work
A conversation, review and written approvals before any vehicle can be listed.
Call about the vehicle
Share the year, model, mileage and how you hope to use it. The call is an inquiry, not an application approval or listing.
Review ownership and fit
If the pilot may fit, we review the vehicle, ownership, registration, any lender restrictions and proposed availability.
Close every required gate
Provider evidence, eligibility, operating process and approved agreements must be documented for that vehicle before any listing or trip.
Agree on pilot terms
Pricing, availability, fees and any payout method or timing are confirmed in writing before you decide whether to participate.
What the private pilot is designed for
A small, locally managed program run by Nikulin Rentals LLC.
Proposed pricing reviewed together
We discuss the vehicle and a possible daily rate with you. Final pricing authority and operating terms are defined only in the signed pilot documents.
Availability reviewed together
We discuss when the vehicle could be available and how changes would be managed. The preview controls below do not update a live calendar.
Mells manages approval
Mells reviews trip requests under the approved pilot process. Vehicle owners do not receive sensitive verification data or a separate post-approval guest veto.
Terms before participation
Fees, service share, payout mechanics and other material terms are provided in writing before an owner accepts the pilot.
Direct local support
You talk to the people running the fleet here in Los Angeles — by phone or message, not through a ticket queue.
Listing preparation
If a vehicle is accepted, we can agree on the photos and information needed before any public listing is prepared.
Pilot questions
What to know before calling about managed onboarding.
What kind of cars can I list?
Does it cost anything to list?
Who decides the daily price?
Who is allowed to rent my car?
What about insurance and damage?
How and when do I get paid?
Can I pause or remove my listing?
Interested in the private pilot?
Call to tell us what you drive and ask about managed onboarding. The conversation is an inquiry only — it does not create an account, approve a vehicle or publish a listing.
